Your Mission

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems in Java

• Build core business logic for enterprise-grade applications

• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers on end-to-end feature delivery

• Ensure code quality through robust testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices

• Mentor junior engineers and support a strong engineering culture

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture, performance, and infrastructure

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/JavaEE and the Spring ecosystem

• Background in building scalable, distributed backend systems

• Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Familiar with NoSQL databases (e.g. Cassandra, ScyllaDB)

• Knowledge of search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch

• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with modern cloud-native tools and architectures
