Our client is building a digital platform in the financial space that is already used by hundreds of thousands of users. The product works. Now the goal is to make it exceptional.
Design will play a central role in that journey. Not as polish but as direction.
That’s why we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of design — strategically and hands-on.
Your role
You take responsibility for the entire product experience.
Mobile. Web. Future product areas.
This means:
Defining and driving the overall design direction across the product
Taking features from early problem definition to launch
Building and evolving a scalable design system
Planning and conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, validation)
Turning user insights and product data into clear design decisions
Working closely with product managers and engineers to shape solutions
Ensuring design quality from idea to implementation
You won’t just design screens - You’ll help define what “great” looks like.
What you bring
Several years of experience in product design - ideally in consumer-facing or mobile-first environments
You’ve owned features or products end-to-end and understand how design influences product success
Strong UX and visual design skills
Experience with user research and data-informed decisions
A strong sense for product quality and user experience
The ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions
And most importantly:
You want to shape how a product evolves.
