To drive this evolution, we’re looking for a Head of Product who will set the product vision, lead a growing team, and shape the roadmap from MVP to maturity – across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

Your Role

• Own the entire product lifecycle – from vision and strategy to hands-on execution and delivery.

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and user focus.

• Translate business goals and market insights into a clear, data-driven roadmap that balances speed, quality and long-term impact.

• Collaborate closely with Founders, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support – creating alignment across all product touchpoints.

• Establish lean processes, scalable team structures, and prioritization frameworks as the organization grows.

• Act as a thought partner to leadership – driving growth, monetization, and expansion through product innovation.

What you bring:

• 5+ years product experience, 2+ in leadership within a B2C environment.

• FinTech or investment experience preferred.

• Strategic thinker, hands-on operator.

• Excellent communication & stakeholder skills.

• Fluent in English (German is a bonus, not required).
