AI Engineer

Build the AI foundation for a next-generation SaaS platform.

A fast-growing B2B software company is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to bring modern NLP and LLM capabilities into production. You’ll work on a serverless, enterprise-grade development platform that serves global enterprise clients — and help shape the future of data intelligence and user experience.

Your Role:

• Design and implement scalable AI services across a global SaaS ecosystem

• Build and fine-tune NLP/LLM applications

• Deploy AI features in production environments, focusing on performance and real user impact

• Analyze user signals and platform data to continuously improve model quality

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI features into modern cloud-native applications

What You Bring:

• Strong Python skills and experience with relevant ML/NLP packages

• Hands-on experience with transformer models, NER, classification, etc.

• Solid understanding of LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, structured output generation)

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-based architectures

• Proficiency in Docker and container-based deployments

• Familiarity with serving ML models via FastAPI or similar frameworks

• Experience with time-series forecasting or anomaly detection a plus

• Up-to-date on recent advancements in large language models and AI tooling

• Pragmatic engineering mindset — clean code, automation, scalability

Nice to Have:

• Typescript experience or interest in frontend/backend integration

• Experience working with multilingual or messy text data

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps workflows

• Domain experience in ESG, compliance or regulated industries

• Recent hands-on work with GenAI or applied LLM use cases
