System Administrator - Linux I Own the Core, Secure the Scale

A fast-scaling SaaS platform used by enterprise customers around the world is looking for a hands-on System Administrator to help drive the evolution of . In this role, you'll manage Linux-based systems in cloud environments, drive automation through infrastructure-as-code, and ensure platform stability, performance, and security at scale.

What you’ll do

• Administer and optimize Linux servers in a public cloud setup

• Design and maintain resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure

• Automate deployments and system tasks using Ansible and IaC practices

• Troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams

• Monitor systems and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and scripting tools

• Act as a go-to expert for infrastructure questions across internal and customer-facing systems

What you bring

• Proven experience managing Linux/Ubuntu systems in production environments

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Ansible (IaC), Bash scripting, and Java-based services

• Experience with cloud monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)

• Familiarity with network fundamentals, firewalls, load balancing, and basic security principles

• Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and solve infrastructure challenges

• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, CI/CD, containers) is a plus

• A completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience in system administration
