Shape a group-wide transformation in a GreenTech environment


We are currently supporting a fast-growing GreenTech organization that is undergoing a major transformation across its entire group structure.


The company operates across 40+ subsidiaries in Europe and is now building a unified Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape to replace fragmented systems and align processes across all entities.


This is not a typical “implementation project”.


This is a full-scale transformation – organizational, technical, and operational.


What’s happening right now


Different subsidiaries are currently working with very heterogeneous system landscapes – from legacy setups to partially modern ERP/CRM environments.


The goal is to:


  • Standardize processes across the entire group

  • Build a scalable and future-proof D365 platform

  • Integrate Field Service, Finance, and operational processes

  • Enable data-driven decision-making across all entities



You will be part of a newly built Center of Excellence, working closely with business stakeholders to design and roll out solutions that actually work in real-world operations.


Your role


This role sits at the intersection of business, processes, and technology.


You will:


  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand service and operational processes

  • Design end-to-end solutions within Dynamics 365 (focus on Field Service)

  • Configure and implement work order management, resource scheduling, asset management, and service processes

  • Support integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain)

  • Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement



This is not about “ticket processing”.


It’s about understanding complexity and turning it into scalable solutions.


What we’re looking for



You don’t need to tick every box – but the closer you are to this profile, the better:


  • Experience in Dynamics 365 (CE / Field Service / CRM)

  • Strong understanding of service processes, operations, or field service environments

  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

  • Experience in workshops, stakeholder communication, and process design

  • Hands-on mindset with configuration experience (Power Platform is a plus)


Bonus:


  • Experience in industries like energy, utilities, engineering, or maintenance

  • Exposure to large-scale transformations or multi-entity environments
